Welcome back to my ME/CFS blog Kurpfalzglück.de. A lot has happened in the last few weeks - health-wise and on the website itself. I'm pleased to give you a personal update on my life with ME/CFS today: Progress, new features - and a piece of hope in paper form.
1. my state of health - progress in the bar chart
I can hardly believe it myself: I feel much better. After many years with only minimal progress, my condition has improved dramatically in the last few weeks - a small breakthrough that surprised me.
Perhaps the tumor that was removed in March had a greater influence on my body than previously assumed.
I am particularly proud of the fact that I am now can complete their first sitting units.
I am currently working on the Muscle building in the legs - because my next big goal is: be able to stand up.
I have completely revised the presentation of my current status on the blog: Instead of tables you will now find Colored bar chartsthat support development in various areas such as Speaking, concentration, reading, eating and much more.
You will find the new display at the top of the homepage
2. new logo - a huge thank you to BLIM
I am very happy about my new Kurpfalzglück logo! It's modern, friendly, regional - exactly how I want my blog to be. A big thank you goes to the creative minds at BLIMwho realized my ideas perfectly!
3rd postcards - limited edition for visitors at home
There are now beautiful Kurpfalzglück postcards with my new logo. They symbolize my journey with ME/CFS.
You can get this strictly limited first edition free of charge, when you come to visit me at home! 😉
📸 Here I am with the cards - very proud:

Perhaps one of the cards will even bring you someone else a little piece of Kurpfalz happiness at home - as a sign of solidarity, hope or simply as a loving gesture.
4. subscribe to posts - almost 50 readers already!

Almost 50 people have already subscribed - that makes me really happy! Maybe you're the next one?
5 Why "Kurpfalzglück"?
Well, good question... In March 2022, I was so physically limited that I could hardly do anything - except think. I was collecting business ideas - including one for an event location. I was looking for a name with a regional connection, but also with heart. And suddenly there it was: Kurpfalzglück.
A little bit of home. A little bit of hope. And today it is more than just a name - it has become my companion.
💚 Thank you for being part of Kurpfalzglück
I'm delighted to see how my blog about ME/CFS is developing - and that you're part of it. With the new presentation, the new design, the postcards and the subscription function, a place is growing here,
of the others: Even with the Chronic fatigue syndrome there can be small rays of hope!
If you have any feedback, would like to share your own experiences with ME/CFS or just want to say hello, feel free to write to me via the comments function or in person, regardless of the channel.
