A lot has happened in the last few weeks - health-wise and on the website itself. I'm pleased to give you a personal update on my life with ME\/CFS today: Progress, new features - and a piece of hope in paper form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. my state of health - progress in the bar chart<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I can hardly believe it myself: <strong>I feel much better.<\/strong> After many years with only minimal progress, my condition has improved dramatically in the last few weeks - a small breakthrough that surprised me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perhaps the tumor that was removed in March had a greater influence on my body than previously assumed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am particularly proud of the fact that I am now <strong>can complete their first sitting units<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"ME-CFS- First seating units after 3.5 years of lying down\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vSP25NJ-GOQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am currently working on the <strong>Muscle building in the legs<\/strong> - because my next big goal is: <strong>be able to stand up<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have completely revised the presentation of my current status on the blog: Instead of tables you will now find <strong>Colored bar charts<\/strong>that support development in various areas such as <em>Speaking, concentration, reading, eating<\/em> and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You will find the new display at the top of the homepage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. new logo - a huge thank you to BLIM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am very happy about my new <strong>Kurpfalzgl\u00fcck logo<\/strong>! It's modern, friendly, regional - exactly how I want my blog to be. A big thank you goes to the creative minds at <a href=\"https:\/\/blim.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BLIM<\/a>who realized my ideas perfectly!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3rd postcards - limited edition for visitors at home<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are now beautiful <strong>Kurpfalzgl\u00fcck postcards<\/strong> with my new logo. In March 2022, I was so physically limited that I could hardly do anything - except think. I was collecting business ideas - including one for an event location. I was looking for a name with a regional connection, but also with heart. And suddenly there it was: <strong>Kurpfalzgl\u00fcck<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A little bit of home. A little bit of hope. And today it is more than just a name - it has become my companion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc9a Thank you for being part of Kurpfalzgl\u00fcck<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I'm delighted to see how my blog about ME\/CFS is developing - and that you're part of it.
